Post Session Care


People come to see us for a variety of different pain related reasons. Sometimes sessions can involve deep work and can be both physically, energetically, and emotionally intensive. Taking time for post session care can help tremendously to fully integrate and receive the benefits of the work.

Please consider these suggestions.

1.  Epsom Salt Bath.

The magnesium your muscles will absorb taking an epsom salt bath will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Use 2cups and soak for 20min.

2. Drink Water.

Stay hydrated. Massage and energy healing is detoxing. Without adequate water, you may feel sluggish or feel aches, pains and fatigue. Drinking adequate water will help you feel clear and calm.

3. Rest

Please find time to meditate and rest and allow any emotions to surface. Get at least 8-hours of sleep the night of treatment. You might want to pay attention to your dreams and write them down.

Lastly, please avoid doing high impact, strenuous activities and take the time to self reflect, integrate, and nurture yourself. Some people find it helpful to journal about their experience. Please contact us with any questions or concerns regarding your post session experience.
