Rachel Skinner, LMT, CYT
I am inspired by Traditional Thai bodywork, Bowen Technique, Private Yoga Therapy, and Yoga Nidra. These modalities have taught me about the body’s own innate healing abilities. It is my goal to help clients find sustainable and preventative approaches to health and wellness so they age gracefully and live consciously. I work with clients individually customizing each sessions to meet their specific needs, goals, intentions, and concerns. I invite clients to get curious about the physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual manifestations of pain and discomfort as we find interventions that help restore and heal.
One of my joys and pleasures is creating Portland Moon Sisters, a Meet Up group designed to build a community of inspired women. I believe sisterhood can help women heal and reclaim their feminine power and unlock deep self-respect and self-love. We come together near the New Moon unifying our intentions around a theme of transformation. Together we create a powerful presence to heal wounds and break molds of competition replacing them with sisterhood and connectedness. Every month I invite women in the community to join hands, open hearts, and support each other in doing their own transformational work.
